一、申请时间
1.春季学期（2027年3月）入学
申请时间：即日起至2026年11月30日
2.秋季学期（2027年9月）入学
申请时间：2027年3月起至2027年5月30日
3.注意事项：（1）春季学期仅接受有一定汉语基础的学生入学，若为零基础学生，请申请秋季学期入学。
（2）申请者可根据自身情况选择一学期汉语言进修或一学年汉语言进修。
二、相关费用
1.报名注册费：400元，入学后缴纳。
2.学费：15000元/学年、7500元/学期。
3.住宿费：1300元/学年、650元/学期。
4.医疗保险：约600元/年，300元/学期。根据教育部相关规定，国际学生在华期间必须购买来华留学生综合医疗保险。个别超龄者，按照当年保险合同规定费用执行。
5.居留证件费用：留学生需按照中国出入境管理相关规定进行入校体检并申办居留证件后，方可在华合法居留。体检以及办理居留证件的费用约2000元。
三、申请资格
年龄18岁至45岁的非中国籍公民，无犯罪记录，身体健康，具有高中毕业及以上学历。
四、申请材料
1.入学申请表。

2.本人有效普通护照照片页复印件（有效期不早于2028年3月）。如现持有护照有效期不符合要求，请及时换发新护照。*一经录取，直至入学报到完成前，护照信息不可修改。
3.彩色标准证件照，大小不超200kb，支持*.jpg,*.jpeg,*.png为后缀的图片，像素大于295*413。照片名字以护照号码命名。
4.最高学历证书扫描件和成绩单；如申请人为在校学生，须另外提交本人就读学校出具的预毕业证明，于入学前取得毕业证书并补交相关材料。
5.《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写）。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效，检查结果有效期为6个月。

6.无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件。
7.经济担保证明（存款需至少覆盖学习成本）。国际学生经济担保书.docx
8.HSK成绩报告（如有）。
9.学校要求提交的其他材料
注意事项：
1.申请人必须对所提交材料的真实性和完整性负责。申请材料不实、缺漏者，我校概不予受理。
2.申请材料中涉及的各类表格、文书、证明等如为中英文以外的其他语言，除原件外，还需附经公证的中文或英文翻译件。
3.电子邮箱是我校与申请人联系的首选渠道，请确保申请表中填写的邮箱地址是常用且有效的邮箱。申请人因未及时查看邮件所造成的一切后果由申请人自行承担。
4.申请人无需邮寄原版纸质材料。除上述申请材料外，根据情况学校可要求申请者提供补充材料。
五、申请流程
1.申请人需将完整申请材料以邮箱附件形式一次性发送至邮箱jwszs@fjnu.edu.cn，邮件名称“姓名+一学期/一学年汉语进修入学申请”。
2.学校根据申请情况择优录取，并根据录取结果发送录取材料。
六、签证及入学
1.被录取的学生须持录取通知书和《短期来华留学生信息表》（DQ表）或来华学习签证申请表（JW202）到中国驻申请人所在国家的使（领）馆申请来华学习签证。在华学习时间在6个月以内者申请X2类签证，学习时间在6个月以上者须申请X1类签证，并在抵达中国后30天内办理居留许可。
2.入学具体时间和安排以录取通知书为准，无特殊情况，学生不得拖延到校报到。报到时，学校将对学生个人信息和材料等进行复核，如有违规或弄虚作假等情形，一经查实，立即取消入学资格。

Admission Brochure for the 2027 Long-term Chinese Language Study Program
I. Application Period
Spring Semester (March 2027) Intake
Application Period: From now until November 30, 2026
Fall Semester (September 2027) Intake
Application Period: From March 2027 to May 30, 2027
Notes:
(1) The spring semester intake is open only to students with some prior Chinese language foundation. Beginners without any Chinese language background should apply for the fall semester intake.
(2) Applicants may choose either one-semester or one-academic-year Chinese language study based on their own circumstances.
II. Fees
Registration Fee: 400 RMB, payable after enrollment.
Tuition Fee: 15,000 RMB/academic year; 7,500 RMB/semester.
Accommodation Fee: 1,300 RMB/academic year; 650 RMB/semester.
Medical Insurance: Approximately 600 RMB/year; 300 RMB/semester. In accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, international students must purchase comprehensive medical insurance for international students during their stay in China. For applicants who exceed the age limit, the insurance premium shall be charged according to the provisions of the insurance contract for that year.
Residence Permit Fees: International students are required to undergo a medical examination upon arrival and apply for a residence permit in accordance with China’s entry-exit administration regulations before they can legally reside in China. The total cost for the medical examination and residence permit application is approximately 2,000 RMB.
III. Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens aged between 18 and 45, with no criminal record, in good physical and mental health, and holding a high school diploma or higher educational qualification.
IV. Application Materials
1.Application Form for Admission.
2.A photocopy of the photo page of the applicant’s valid ordinary passport (validity must not expire before March 2028). If the current passport does not meet the validity requirement, please renew it in a timely manner. Once admitted, the passport information cannot be modified until the completion of registration and check-in.
3.A colour standard ID photo (file size no more than 200 KB, in *.jpg, *.jpeg, or *.png format, with pixel dimensions greater than 295×413). The photo file should be named after the passport number.
4.Scanned copies of the highest academic diploma and academic transcripts. If the applicant is currently enrolled at another institution, a pre-graduation certificate issued by that institution must also be submitted, and the official graduation certificate must be obtained and supplementary materials provided before enrollment.
5.A photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English (the original copy shall be kept by the applicant). The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority. The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take a physical examination as the result is validfor only 6 months.
6.Certificate of Non-criminal record report. The applicant must submit a valid Certificate of Non-criminal record report issued by the local public security authority, which should generally be issued within six months prior to the date of application.
7.Financial Guarantee Certificate (the deposit must at least cover the cost of study).
8.HSK Test Report (if available).
9.Other materials as required by the university.
Notes:
1. Applicants are responsible for the authenticity and completeness of all submitted materials. Applications with false, incomplete, or missing materials will not be processed by the university.
2. If any forms, documents, or certificates included in the application materials are in a language other than Chinese or English, a notarized translation in Chinese or English must be attached in addition to the original.
3. Email is the primary means of communication between the university and applicants. Please ensure that the email address provided in the application form is a valid and frequently used address. The applicant shall bear all consequences arising from failure to check emails in a timely manner.
4. Applicants are not required to mail original paper documents. In addition to the above materials, the university may request supplementary documents from applicants on a case-by-case basis.
V. Application Procedure
Applicants must send all completed application materials as email attachments in a single submission to the following address: jwszs@fjnu.edu.cn, with the email subject line: Applicant’s Full Name + Application for One-Semester / One-Academic-Year Chinese Language Study.
The university will make admission decisions based on the applications received, and admission documents will be sent to successful applicants accordingly.
VI. Visa and Enrollment
Admitted students must apply for a study visa at the Chinese embassy or consulate in their home country using the Admission Letter and the Short-Term International Student Information Form (DQ Form) or the Visa Application for Study in China Form (JW202). Students whose study duration in China is six months or less should apply for an X2 visa; those whose study duration exceeds six months must apply for an X1 visa and apply for a residence permit within 30 days of arrival in China.
The specific date and arrangement for enrollment are subject to the Admission Letter. Under normal circumstances, students are not permitted to delay their registration. At the time of registration, the university will verify the applicant’s personal information and submitted materials. If any violation or falsification is discovered, the admission qualification will be cancelled immediately.
