一、申请资格Eligibility Requirements
1.年龄18周岁以上（2008年9月1日前出生），身心健康，符合体检要求，持外国普通护照的非中国籍公民。
Applicants must be at least 18 years old (born before September 1, 2008), generally under 25, in good health, meet the physical examination requirements, hold a high school diploma or higher, and be non-Chinese citizens with a valid regular foreign passport.
2.依据《中华人民共和国国籍法》第五条，父母双方或一方为中国公民并定居在外国，本人出生时即具有外国国籍的，不具有中国国籍。自2021年起，其申请作为国际学生进入我校本科阶段学习，除符合本招生简章报名资格外，还应持有有效的外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至入学年度的4月30日前）之内有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在外国居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）。中国大陆（内地）、台湾、香港、澳门居民在移民并获得外国国籍后申请作为国际学生进入我校本科阶段学习的，也应满足此项要求。
In accordance with Article 5 of the Nationality Law of the People’s Republic of China, a person whose parents are both Chinese citizens and have both settled abroad, or one of whose parents is a Chinese citizen and has settled abroad, shall not have Chinese citizenship if he/she was born outside China and has acquired foreign citizenship at birth. Starting in 2021, if such a person applies for the undergraduate’s program as an international student, in addition to meeting the University’s all other application requirements, he/she is required to have held a valid foreign passport or a proof of lawful acquisition of foreign citizenship for at least 4 years and have actually resided in a foreign country for at least 2 years in the past 4 years (as of April 30, 2026) (9 months of residence in a foreign country counts as a full year). The dates of the entry and exit stamps in the passport will be followed in the determination of the actual length of foreign residence. This requirement is also applicable to residents of the Chinese Mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong or Macao who have emigrated to a foreign country and obtained foreign citizenship and are applying for the undergraduate programs as international students.
3.申请攻读本科学位者，须具有高中毕业文凭，年龄不超过25岁；申请攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁；申请攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁。所有专业不提供汉补。
The requirements for applicants’ degree and age are that applicants must:
be a high school graduate and no more than 25 when applying for the undergraduate programs;
be a bachelor’s degree holder and no more than 35 when applying for the master’s programs;
be a master’s degree holder and no more than 40 when applying for the doctoral programs.
Chinese Language Pre-session is not available.
4.无犯罪行为和记录，对华友好，品行端正，遵守中国法律和学校规章制度，尊重中国人民风俗习惯。
No criminal behavior or record, friendly to China, good conduct, abiding by the laws of China and regulations of school, and respecting customs and habits of the Chinese people.
5.本科招生专业均为中文授课，除报名汉语言（国际中文教育、应用中文、中国语言文化）专业外，本科申请者需达到汉语水平考试（HSK）五级180分及以上成绩水平。报名汉语言（应用中文、中国语言文化）可零程度入学，报名汉语言（国际中文教育）学生需达到HSK（四级）210分、HSKK（中级）60分。
All undergraduate programs are Chinese-medium programs. Applicants except for Chinese Language program must achieve HSK 5 with a score of 180 or better. Those applying for Chinese Language(Applied Chinese, Chinese Language and Culture) programs may enroll with zero proficiency, while applicants for Chinese Language(International Chinese Language Education) program must attain a score of 210 in HSK Level 4 or better and 60 in HSKK Intermediate or better.
6.申请攻读本科学位者须参加中国国家留学基金管理委员会（CSC）组织的“来华留学本科入学学业水平测试”，（China Scholastic Competency Assessment, 以下简称“CSCA测试”），并获得测试成绩（具体测试科目要求见下），方可申请我校本科项目。具体信息可访问CSCA官方网站（www.csca.cn）。
Applicants must take the China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA test) organized by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) and obtain test scores (specific subject requirements are listed below) to apply for our undergraduate programs. For more information, please visit the CSCA official website (www.csca.cn).
7.申请以中文为专业教学语言的研究生项目申请人须提供有效期内的HSK成绩报告（五级180分以上）。申请以英语为专业教学语言的研究生项目申请人应提供雅思或托福成绩单，具备以下情况之一者，可免上述语言成绩：英语作为母语或官方语言；学历教育中使用英文授课的。
Applicants applying for Chinese-medium graduate programs must submit a valid HSK report (Level 5, 180+). Those applying for English-medium graduate programs should provide IELTS or TOEFL scores. The following circumstances may exempt applicants from English language test requirements: being a native English speaker or official language user; or having completed degree programs taught in English.

请在北京时间2026年5月30日前将完整申请材料发送至指定邮箱jwszs@fjnu.edu.cn，邮件名称为“姓名+省奖申请+本科/硕士/博士”。
Please send complete soft copies to jwszs@fjnu.edu.cn with the email subject “Name + Fujian Government Scholarship Application + Undergraduate/Graduate Admission Application" before May 30, 2026 (Beijing Time, GMT +08:00).

1.《福建省政府外国留学生奖学金项目申请表》。

2.本人有效普通护照照片页复印件（有效期不早于2027年7月）。如现持有护照有效期不符合要求，请及时换发新护照。*一经录取，直至入学报到完成前，护照信息不可修改。
Valid passport photo page copy (valid until at least Jul. 2027). If your current passport is no longer valid, please renew it promptly. *Once admitted, passport details cannot be modified until enrollment registration is completed.
3.彩色标准证件照，大小不超200kb，支持*.jpg,*.jpeg,*.png为后缀的图片，像素大于295*413。照片名字以护照号码命名。
Color standard ID photo, no larger than 200KB, must support image formats with extensions *.jpg, *.jpeg, or *.png, and have a resolution greater than 295×413 pixels. The photo should name after passport number.
4.经过公证的高中阶段及以上毕业证书和完整成绩单。应届毕业生由本人所在学校出具预毕业证明，于入学前取得毕业证书并补交相关材料。
Notarized Senior High School Diploma or above and the complete academic transcripts. Certificate of Expected Graduation and the academic transcripts for graduating students. Official diploma should be provided before the registration of the academic year.
5.截止2026年5月30日，有效期内的符合申请专业要求的语言能力证明，如HSK成绩单。
Valid Language Proficiency Certificate meeting the required standards，such as valid HSK score reports.
6.申请就读本科学位者需提供中国教育部“来华留学本科入学学业水平测试”（CSCA测试）成绩单。
Undergraduate program applicants should submit China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA) score report.

7.攻读硕士、博士学位者应提供学习研究计划（不少于800字）。内容可包含自我介绍、学习经历、学习目标、研究计划、职业规划等。中文授课项目学习研究计划用中文书写，英文授课项目用英文书写。
Graduate program applicants should submit Personal Statement (minimum 800 words), which may include a self-introduction, educational experience, motivations, study plan and career aspirations. It needs to be written in Chinese for Chinese-medium programs, in English for English-medium programs.
8.攻读硕士、博士学位者应提供两封副教授及以上职称专家或相关教育机构提供的推荐信，用中文或英文书写，须包含推荐人姓名、所在单位、职务和联系方式等信息，并经推荐人亲笔签名或加盖推荐单位公章。
Graduate program applicants should submit two Letters of Recommendation from associate professors, professors or educational institutions with information of the recommender’s names, employer, work position and contact information, signed by the recommender or with the stamp of the recommending organization.
9.《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写）。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效，检查结果有效期为6 个月。

A photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English (the original copy shall be kept by the applicant). The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority. The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take a physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months.
10. 无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件。
Non-criminal record report. The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.
11.个人作品及获奖证书等。可以提交学科文体等竞赛活动及获奖、公益社会实践活动或取得相关技能资格证书等方面的证明以及其他补充性材料；申请艺术类专业者，应提供个人作品及相关材料（如音像、绘画作品等）。
Personal portfolios such as videos and artworks, are required for art applicants. Other supporting documents, such as competition awards, merit certificates, community service or special skills certificates could be submitted as well.

注意事项 Notes：
1.申请人必须对所提交材料的真实性和完整性负责。申请材料不实、缺漏者，我校概不予受理。
Applicants must be responsible for the authenticity and completeness of the submitted materials. Applications with false or incomplete materials will not be accepted by our university.
2.申请材料中涉及的各类表格、文书、证明等如为中英文以外的其他语言，除原件外，还需附经公证的中文或英文翻译件。
Any documents in a language other than Chinese or English should be accompanied by a notarized translation in Chinese or English.
3.电子邮箱是我校与申请人联系的首选渠道，请确保申请表中填写的邮箱地址是常用且有效的邮箱。申请人因未及时查看邮件所造成的一切后果由申请人自行承担。
Email is our preferred contact method. Please ensure the email address provided in the application form is valid and frequently used. Applicants will be solely responsible for any consequences arising from failure to check their emails in a timely manner.
4.申请人无需邮寄原版纸质材料。除上述申请材料外，根据情况学校可要求申请者提供补充材料。申请人请根据邮件中的时间期限提交符合要求的材料，逾期将不予受理。
Applicants are not required to mail original paper materials. In addition to the above application materials, the university may require applicants to provide supplementary materials. The applicant must submit the required materials by the deadline specified in the email. Late submissions will not be accepted.
五、选拔与录取Admission and Selection
学校对申请人材料进行审核，择优选拔材料审核合格的申请人进入复审面试阶段。面试具体时间以邮件通知为准。我校将根据申请者的资格审查及专业志愿择优录取。申请者应保持联系畅通。
School will review the applicant materials and select the qualified candidates for the interview. The interview schedule will be notified via email.The admission decision will be made based on the verification of the applicant’s qualifications and program choices. Applicants should check email accounts regularly.
六、资助内容Scholarship Coverage
奖学金资助内容包括：学费、住宿费、生活补贴和综合医疗保险费。
The Scholarship provides tuition fee, accommodation, living allowance and comprehensive medical insurance expenses.
生活补贴一年共发放11个月，标准为本科生每月800元，硕士生每月1200元，博士生每月1600元。
Students will receive 11 months’ living allowance per year which is granted by month. The allowance criteria per person are:
Bachelor degree student: 800 CNY per month
Master degree student: 1200 CNY per month
Doctoral degree student: 1600 CNY per month
奖学金获得者须按照规定参加奖学金年度评审。评审不合格者，将被中止或者取消奖学金资格。
The scholarship recipients will be assessed on an annual basis in accordance with scholarship regulations and only those meeting the required standards will have their scholarship renewed for the subsequent year. Those who fail in the review will no longer be eligible for the scholarship.
