福建师范大学坐落于素有“海滨邹鲁”之誉的历史文化名城福州，是一所历史悠久、声誉斐然的百年省属高等学府。2014年被确定为福建省重点建设的高水平大学。2018年被确定为福建省一流大学建设高校。2022年被确定为福建省第二轮“双一流”建设A类高校。学校本部共有旗山、仓山两个校区，占地面积4000多亩。现有全日制普通本科学生2.5万余人，各类研究生1.1万余人。拥有专任教师2118人，其中，高级职称人员占61.24%、具有博士学位教师占68.7%。

一、申请资格
1.年龄18周岁以上（2008年9月1日之前出生），一般不超过25岁，身心健康，符合体检要求，具有高中毕业及以上学历，持外国普通护照的非中国籍公民。
2.依据《中华人民共和国国籍法》第五条，父母双方或一方为中国公民并定居在外国，本人出生时即具有外国国籍的，不具有中国国籍。自2021年起，其申请作为国际学生进入我校本科阶段学习，除符合本招生简章报名资格外，还应持有有效的外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至入学年度的4月30日前）之内有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在外国居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）。中国大陆（内地）、台湾、香港、澳门居民在移民并获得外国国籍后申请作为国际学生进入我校本科阶段学习的，也应满足此项要求。
3.无犯罪行为和记录，对华友好，品行端正，遵守中国法律和学校规章制度，尊重中国人民风俗习惯。
4.本科招生专业均为中文授课，除报名汉语言（国际中文教育、应用中文、中国语言文化）专业外，本科申请者需达到汉语水平考试（HSK）五级180分及以上成绩水平。报名汉语言（应用中文、中国语言文化）可零程度入学，报名汉语言（国际中文教育）学生需达到HSK（四级）210分、HSKK（中级）60分。
5.申请人须参加中国国家留学基金管理委员会（CSC）组织的“来华留学本科入学学业水平测试”，（China Scholastic Competency Assessment, 以下简称“CSCA测试”），并获得测试成绩（具体测试科目要求见下），方可申请我校本科项目。具体信息可访问CSCA官方网站（www.csca.cn）。
6.奖学金项目申请人，需符合各项目年龄及其他要求。
二、申请时间
2026年3月11日--2026年5月30日
若有意向申请奖学金，申请时间以国家留学基金委（含中国驻外大使馆等受理机构）、教育部中外语言交流合作中心、2026年各类奖学金公告公布为准。
三、招生专业
本科招生专业均为中文授课，学制4年。具体招生专业详见https://iccs.fjnu.edu.cn/6594/list.htm。
四、申请材料

2.本人有效普通护照照片页复印件（有效期不早于2027年7月）。如现持有护照有效期不符合要求，请及时换发新护照。*一经录取，直至入学报到完成前，护照信息不可修改。
3.彩色标准证件照，大小不超200kb，支持*.jpg,*.jpeg,*.png为后缀的图片，像素大于295*413。照片名字以护照号码命名。
4.高中毕业证书和成绩单；应届高中毕业生由本人所在学校出具预毕业证明，于入学前取得毕业证书并补交相关材料。
5.截止2026年5月30日，有效期内的符合申请专业要求的HSK成绩报告。
6.中国教育部“来华留学本科入学学业水平测试”（CSCA测试）成绩单。

8.个人陈述，内容为自我介绍、学习经历、学习目标、学习计划和职业规划等。
9.《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写）。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效，检查结果有效期为6个月。

10.无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件。

12.个人作品及获奖证书等。可以提交学科文体等竞赛活动及获奖、公益社会实践活动或取得相关技能资格证书等方面的证明以及其他补充性材料；申请艺术类专业者，应提供个人作品及相关材料（如音像、绘画作品等）。
注意事项：
1.申请人必须对所提交材料的真实性和完整性负责。申请材料不实、缺漏者，我校概不予受理。
2.申请材料中涉及的各类表格、文书、证明等如为中英文以外的其他语言，除原件外，还需附经公证的中文或英文翻译件。
3.电子邮箱是我校与申请人联系的首选渠道，请确保申请表中填写的邮箱地址是常用且有效的邮箱。申请人因未及时查看邮件所造成的一切后果由申请人自行承担。
4.申请人无需邮寄原版纸质材料。除上述申请材料外，根据情况学校可要求申请者提供补充材料。
五、申请流程
1.参加中国国家留学基金管理委员会（CSC）组织的“来华留学本科入学学业水平测试”。
2.提交申请。申请各类本科奖学金项目学生，请根据奖学金项目要求提交申请。其他申请者请发送完整申请材料至jwszs@fjnu.edu.cn，邮件名称“姓名+本科入学申请”。
3.审核及面试。学校对申请人材料进行审核。初审合格的申请人进入复审面试阶段。面试具体时间以邮件通知为准。面试主要考核申请人语言水平及综合素质能力。
4.查询录取结果。录取学生需及时通过邮件向学校反馈是否入学并提交经济担保证明等材料。学校收到相关材料后，将为其办理《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》(JW202表)。
六、签证及入学
1.被录取人须持普通护照、录取通知书、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》等相关材料前往中国驻外使（领）馆办理来华学习（X1）签证，并持以上材料，按照通知书上规定的时间到校办理入学报到手续。抵达中国后30天内，须将X1签证转换为学习类居留许可。
2.入学具体时间和安排以录取通知书为准，无特殊情况，学生不得拖延到校报到。报到时，学校将对学生个人信息和材料等进行复核，如有违规或弄虚作假等情形，一经查实，立即取消入学资格。
七、相关费用
1.报名注册费：400元，入学后缴纳。
2.学费：文科15000元/学年、理科16000元/学年、术科19000元/学年。
3.住宿费：1300元/学年。
4.医疗保险：800元/年。根据教育部相关规定，国际学生在华期间必须购买来华留学生综合医疗保险。个别超龄者，按照当年保险合同规定费用执行。
5.居留证件费用：留学生需按照中国出入境管理相关规定进行入校体检并申办居留证件后，方可在华合法居留。体检以及办理居留证件的费用约2000元。

Admission Guide for Undergraduate Programs 2026
Fujian Normal University (FNU), a century-old institution located in Fuzhou, a historic cultural city known as the “Land of Culture on the Coast”, is a well-regarded provincial university. The university was designated as a provincial high-level university for prioritized construction in 2014, a provincial first-class university in 2018, and a Class-A university in the second round of “Double First-Class Construction” of Fujian Province in 2022. FNU spans two campuses, Qishan and Cangshan, covering approximately 266 hectares. The university hosts over 25,000 full-time undergraduates and more than 11,000 graduate students. The faculty comprises 2,118 members, with 61.24% holding senior professional titles and 68.7% possessing doctorate degrees.
FNU leverages its strong disciplines to create a comprehensive academic structure that includes top-tier Arts, advanced Sciences, and specialized Engineering. The university boasts 1 state-level key discipline, 9 provincial peak disciplines, 13 plateau disciplines, 2 cultivation disciplines and 3 main disciplines in the second round of Fujian Province's Double First-Class initiative. FNU supports extensive research with 20 post-doctoral research centers, 19 primary discipline doctoral programs, 4 professional doctoral degree authorization stations, 33 primary discipline master programs, and 27 professional master programs. Notably, 10 disciplines rank among the top 1% globally in ESI subject rankings, with 5 of these disciplines in the top 0.5%.
I. Eligibility Requirements
1. Applicants must be at least 18 years old (born before September 1, 2008), generally under 25, in good health, meet the physical examination requirements, hold a high school diploma or higher, and be non-Chinese citizens with a valid regular foreign passport.
2. In accordance with Article 5 of the Nationality Law of the People’s Republic of China, a person whose parents are both Chinese citizens and have both settled abroad, or one of whose parents is a Chinese citizen and has settled abroad, shall not have Chinese citizenship if he/she was born outside China and has acquired foreign citizenship at birth. Starting in 2021, if such a person applies for the undergraduate’s program as an international student, in addition to meeting the University’s all other application requirements, he/she is required to have held a valid foreign passport or a proof of lawful acquisition of foreign citizenship for at least 4 years and have actually resided in a foreign country for at least 2 years in the past 4 years (as of April 30, 2026) (9 months of residence in a foreign country counts as a full year). The dates of the entry and exit stamps in the passport will be followed in the determination of the actual length of foreign residence. This requirement is also applicable to residents of the Chinese Mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong or Macao who have emigrated to a foreign country and obtained foreign citizenship and are applying for the undergraduate programs as international students.
3. No criminal behavior or record, friendly to China, good conduct, abiding by the laws of China and regulations of school, and respecting customs and habits of the Chinese people.
4. All undergraduate programs are taught in Chinese. Applicants except for Chinese Language program must achieve HSK 5 with a score of 180 or better. Those applying for Chinese Language(Applied Chinese, Chinese Language and Culture) programs may enroll with zero proficiency, while applicants for Chinese Language(International Chinese Language Education) program must attain a score of 210 in HSK Level 4 or better and 60 in HSKK Intermediate or better.
5. Applicants must take the China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA test) organized by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) and obtain test scores (specific subject requirements are listed below) to apply for our undergraduate programs. 6. Applicants for the scholarship program must meet the age and other requirements of each program.

III. Admission Programs:

IV. Required Documents

2. Valid passport photo page copy (valid until at least Jul. 2027). If your current passport is no longer valid, please renew it promptly. *Once admitted, passport details cannot be modified until enrollment registration is completed.
3. Color standard ID photo, no larger than 200KB, must support image formats with extensions *.jpg, *.jpeg, or *.png, and have a resolution greater than 295×413 pixels. The photo should name after passport number.
4. Senior High School Diploma and the Academic Transcripts. Certificate of Expected Graduation and the academic transcripts for graduating senior high school students. Official Senior High School Diploma should be provided before the registration of the academic year.
5. Valid HSK score reports meeting the required standards.

7.Letter of Recommendation written in Chinese or English with information of the recommender’s names, employer, work position and contact information, signed by the recommender or with the stamp of the recommending organization.
8.Personal Statement, which should include a self-introduction, educational experience, motivations, study plan and career aspirations.
9.A photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English (the original copy shall be kept by the applicant). The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority. The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. 10.Non-criminal record report. The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.

12.Personal portfolios such as videos and artworks, are required for art applicants. Other supporting documents, such as competition awards, merit certificates, community service or special skills certificates could be submitted as well.
Notes：
1. Applicants must be responsible for the authenticity and completeness of the submitted materials. Applications with false or incomplete materials will not be accepted by our university.
2. Any documents in a language other than Chinese or English should be accompanied by a notarized translation in Chinese or English.
3. Email is our preferred contact method. Please ensure the email address provided in the application form is valid and frequently used. Applicants will be solely responsible for any consequences arising from failure to check their emails in a timely manner.
4. Applicants are not required to mail original paper materials. In addition to the above application materials, the university may require applicants to provide supplementary materials.
V. Application Procedure
1. All applicants must take the China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA), which evaluates students' academic readiness and core competencies. The test covers subjects corresponding to your intended major. Register early at (www.csca.cn) to ensure timely score submission.
2. Submit the application. Applications for scholarships, please follow the scholarship requirements, others please send complete application materials to jwszs@fjnu.edu.cn with the email subject Name + Undergraduate Admission Application.
3. Review and Interview. The university will review the applicant's materials. Qualified applicants will proceed to the interview stage. The specific interview time will be notified by email. The interview primarily assesses the applicant's language proficiency and comprehensive competencies.
4. Admission. Students admitted must promptly notify the university via email of their enrollment status and submit required documents including financial guarantee. Upon receiving these materials, the university will process the Admission Letter and the Application Form for Foreign Students' Visa to China (Form JW202).
VI. Visa and Admission
1. Admitted students must bring their ordinary passport, Admission Notice, Visa Application for Study in China (JW202 Form), and other required documents to the Chinese embassy or consulate in their home country to apply for an X1 visa. Within 30 days of arrival in China, students must convert their X1 visa into a student residence permit.
2. The exact enrollment time and schedule are subject to the admission notice. Students may not delay their registration unless there are special circumstances. During registration, the University will verify students' personal information and documents. Any violation of regulations or identification of fraudulent materials will result in immediate revocation of admission eligibility.
VII. Fees
1. Application Fee: 400 RMB, pay at registration stage.
2. Tuition fee: 15,000 RMB /year for liberal arts, 16,000 RMB /year for science, and 19,000 RMB /year for arts subjects.
3. Accommodation fee: 1,300 RMB per academic year.
4. Medical insurance: 800 RMB per year. In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education, all international students must purchase Comprehensive Medical Insurance for Foreign Students in China throughout their period of study. For some over-age students, the fees specified in the insurance contract of the current year shall apply.
5. Residence permit fees: International students must undergo a medical examination upon arrival in China in accordance with the relevant regulations and apply for a residence permit. The cost of the medical examination and the application for the residence permit is approximately 2,000 RMB.
