二、奖学金内容
含学费、校内住宿费、综合医疗保险费和生活费（标准为硕士研究生：3000元人民币/月；博士研究生：3500元人民币/月）。
Full scholarship includes tuition fees, on-campus accommodation, medical insurance fees, and monthly stipends (CNY 3000/month per master student and CNY 3500/month per doctoral student).
二、报名条件
1.非中国籍公民，无犯罪记录，身体健康，成绩优秀。
2.攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁；攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁。
3.申请以中文为专业教学语言的申请人须提供有效期内的HSK成绩报告（五级180分以上）。申请以英语为专业教学语言的申请人应提供雅思或托福成绩单，具备以下情况之一者，可免上述语言成绩：英语作为母语或官方语言；学历教育中使用英文授课的。
Eligibility:
Applicants must
-Excellent Non-Chinese graduates with good academic performance, good health, and no criminal record.
-be a bachelor’s degree holder and no more than 35 when applying for the master’s programs;
-be a master’s degree holder and no more than 40 when applying for the doctoral programs.
-Applicants for Chinese-taught programs must submit valid HSK report (HSK 5, above 180). Applicants for English-taught programs shall provide IELTS or TOFEL report，unless first language is English or have taken a degree program taught in English.

四、报名方式
登陆http://www.campuschina.org进行网上申报，选择留学生项目种类（Program Category）B类（Type B），输入受理机构编号（Agency No.)：10394（福建师范大学），填写信息、在线提交并下载《中国政府奖学金申请表》。
Application Procedure：
Complete the online application procedure on the website of CSC (visit http://www.campuschina.org).Select the program category in Type B. Input agency number of Fujian Normal University: 10394. Fill in the information, submit it online and download the application form.

Please submit the application materials to system, the required application materials are:
（1）《中国政府奖学金申请表》（在线填写）
Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship.
（2）护照首页，护照有效期应晚于2026年9月。如现持有护照有效期不符合要求，请及时换发新护照。
Copy of Passport Home Page, the passport should expire after September 2026.If the validity of the applicant’s current passport does not meet the requirement (meaning the passport expires before September 2026), please apply for a new passport before submitting the application.
（3）经公证的最高学历证明(中文版或英文版)。如申请人为在校生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明。
Notarized highest diploma. Prospective diploma winners must submit official proof of student status by their current school. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
（4）学习成绩单（自本科阶段起）。成绩单扫描件应包括本科、硕士（如有）、博士（如有）学习阶段，直至最近一学期的成绩。成绩单应由就读学校教务处、研究生院或有关学生管理部门开具并盖章。可提供中/英文成绩单，如为英语以外语种，需另提供中文或英文翻译件并公证。
Academic transcripts (from the undergraduate program onwards). Copies of academic records from first to last semester during the undergraduate, graduate (if any), and doctoral programs (if any) shall be provided. These transcripts shall be issued and sealed by the attending university’s academic affairs office, graduate school, or student management department. They can be in Chinese or English, but must be attached with notarized English translations if they are in foreign languages other than English.
（5）语言能力证明。申请以中文为专业教学语言的申请人须提供有效期内的HSK成绩报告（五级180分以上）。申请以英语为专业教学语言的申请人应提供有效期内托福、雅思成绩报告或免语言能力要求证明。
Applicants for Chinese-taught programs must submit valid HSK report (HSK 5, above 180). Applicants for English-taught programs shall provide valid IELTS,TOFEL report or proof of exemption from language proficiency requirements.
（6）我校导师预接收函。
Acceptance letter from professor of Fujian Normal University.
（7）来华学习计划。应提交中/英文学习计划（1000字以上），博士研究生须由中方导师签字，学习计划只可以用中文或英文书写。
A study plan proposal. A study plan written in Chinese or English shall contain more than 1000 characters or words; the proposal of a doctoral student shall be signed by the applicant’s Chinese supervisor.
（8）推荐信。提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，内容应重点包含对申请人来华学习目标要求，中方院校或中方导师与国外导师的合作情况或者校际交流情况，以及对学生综合能力，未来发展的评价，只可用中文或英文书写。
Recommendation letters. Tow letters of recommendation (written only in Chinese of English) from professors or associate professors shall be submitted. These letters shall describe the applicant’s objectives or learning in China, comprehensive abilities, and evaluation of future growth, as well as the cooperation between the supervisors or the exchange between universities in China and abroad.
（9）个人作品。申请攻读艺术、设计类等专业者，请上传个人作品材料。
Example of art. To apply for majors related to art or design, applicants could submit their own works through “Example of Art/Other Supporting Documents” in the system.
（10）《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写）。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效，检查结果有效期为6 个月。
A photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English (the original copy shall be kept by the applicant). The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority. The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take a physical examination as the result is valid
for only 6 months.
（11）无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件。
Non-criminal record report. The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.
注意：
（1）无需寄纸质材料给学校或发电子版材料到学校邮箱。
（2）通过系统上传的材料须清晰、真实、有效。建议申请人使用专业设备扫描需提交的有关文件，因材料不清晰或无法可识别造成的后果由申请人承担。
（3）学校根据国家留学基金委的要求择优推荐上报，奖学金结果以国家留学基金委最终批复为准。
（4）中国政府奖学金生不得同时享受中国各级政府和录取院校设立的其他奖学金（不含各类一次性奖励金）的资助，一经发现，其中国政府奖学金资格将予以取消，并须退还已领取的中国政府奖学金。对于刻意隐瞒资助情况的，除取消资格外，三年内不允许申请中国政府奖学金。
（5）奖学金获得者不得变更录取院校、学习专业及学习期限。
（6）奖学金生入学后须按规定接受年度评审，评审通过后继续享有奖学金。否则，将中止或取消奖学金。
（7）如发现违规行为，学校有权收回录取决定，取消申请人入学资格或已获学籍。
Reminder:
（1）NO NEED TO SEND HARD COPIES OR SOFT COPIES TO THE UNIVERSITY!
（2）Uploaded supporting documents must be clear, authentic, and valid. Applicants are recommended to use a professional device to scan the relevant documents. Applicants shall bear the consequences caused by unclear or unidentifiable uploaded materials.
（3）Fujian Normal University will recommend candidate list to CSC. The final admission will be decided by CSC.
（4）CSC students should not have other scholarships from the Chinese local government and universities at the same time. Once found, the students’ CSC qualification will be canceled and students should return all scholarships obtained. Those who deliberately conceal their financial assistance, in addition to disqualification, will not be allowed to apply for Chinese government scholarships within three years.
（5）Scholarship students cannot change the university, major, or study duration.
（6）All scholarship students shall have the scholarship annual review based on academic and daily performance during the previous year, and students will continue to enjoy the scholarship after passing the review. Otherwise, the scholarship will be suspended or canceled.
（7）If violations are found, the university reserves the right to withdraw the admission notice and cancel the applicant's admission.
