致福建师范大学留学生的一封信

各位福建师范大学留学生朋友们，你们好！我国新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情备受关注，防控形势仍然非常严峻，我校决定推迟2020年春季开学时间，具体开学时间我校会另行通知。为科学有效防控疫情，切实保障留学生的生命安全和身体健康，请配合我们做好以下工作：
Dear International students:
The pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCov) is a newly-found disease, which need public strengthen prevention. Due to the serious situation, FNU has decided to postpone the start of spring semester this year, and FNU will notify you of the specific date. In order to protect public health effectively，please follow the guide as below：
一、及时关注权威信息。
通过我国政府和学校官方渠道了解和掌握疫情动态，主动学习掌握疫情防控相关知识，不信谣、不传谣、不造谣。
Use official updates
Visit the official websites of Chinese government and FNU to get the latest information, and do not believe, spread, or start rumors.
二、按照规定时间返校。我校推迟2020年春季开学时间，具体开学时间将另行通知。请同学们及时关注所在国驻华使馆的通告，以及“福建师范大学”“福建师范大学海外教育学院”等权威平台发布的信息，在未收到学校开学通知前不要提前返校、到校。
Return back to FNU according to the appointed date
FNU has already postponed the start of spring semester. The new specific schedule will be announced further. Please pay attention to the announcement of your embassy in China, and the official information by authoritative platforms of "Fujian Normal University" and "International College of Chinese Studies, Fujian Normal University ". Do not return back to the campus in advance.
三、要做好自身的防护。在我校留学生公寓或在中国亲友家中的留学生，请减少不必要出行，不参加群体性活动，不到人员密集的公共场所。若确须外出时，请科学佩戴口罩，尽可能不要在人群密集的地方逗留。滞留在异地的留学生，尽量不流动少流动，服从当地政府疫情防控管理。凡进入校园的师生、家属及车辆，须出示有效证件，并积极配合学校安保人员做好体温检测及登记工作。如遇居留证及其他生活上的困难，请与我校留学生公寓值班人员或辅导员联系。
Protect your health
International students who live in the campus or those who live with your relatives or friends in China, please minimize outdoor activities, and cancel group activities such as gatherings and dinings. Wear masks correctly when going out and avoid crowded places. Student off Fuzhou stay where you are and cooperate with the management of the local government or community. All teachers, students, family relatives and drivers must provide valid ID and take the temperature in order to enter FNU, please cooperate. If you have difficulties with residence permit or daily life, please contact our staff on-duty or your instructor in the international student apartment.
四、实施医学隔离观察。近期到访湖北或其他疫情高发地区的同学（旅游、居住或因转车、转机等短暂停留的），要密切关注自身的身体状况，并及时向辅导员报告，主动在留学生公寓或亲友家中隔离观察14天。根据《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》规定，若被我国疾控部门告知为密切接触者，请不要紧张，积极配合相关部门工作，及时到指定医疗机构诊疗排查。
4. Implement medical isolation and observation
Students who have recently visited Hubei or other high-risk areas (traveling, living, or staying for a short time due to transfers, etc.) should pay close attention to their physical conditions, report to your instructor as soon as possible and implement isolation and observation for 14 days in the international students apartment or the home of relatives and friends. According to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, if you are informed by the CDC of China as a close contact, please do not be nervous, actively cooperate with relevant departments, and seek treatment from the designated medical institution.
五、密切关注身体健康。如果您出现乏力、发热、干咳等呼吸道感染症状，请佩戴口罩及时就近到指定医疗机构就诊，并配合当地疾控部门做好相关工作。同时，请及时向留学生公寓值班人员或辅导员联系，并报告校医院。校医院24小时值班电话：0591-83465082（仓山校区）、0591-22867671（旗山校区）。
5. Pay close attention to your health
If you have symptoms of respiratory infections such as fatigue, fever, dry cough, etc., should to the hospital for screening, diagnosis and treatment. When you go to the hospital, please wear a mask, and cooperate with the local disease control department. At the mean time, please contact the on-duty staff or your instructor, and report to the university hospital immediately. The university hospital's 24-hour telephone number is 0591-83465082 (Cangshan Campus), 0591- 2867767691 (Qishan Campus).
六、倡导健康生活习惯。避免熬夜和过度疲劳，保证充足睡眠，适度体育锻炼，注意均衡饮食，不要购买、接触、食用野生动物。保持居住环境的清洁，注重个人卫生和环境卫生，做到“勤洗手、勤通风，打喷嚏、捂口鼻，喷嚏后、慎揉眼”。
6. Have a healthy life style
Do not stay up late or get too tired. Make sure you have enough sleep, appropriate exercise and balanced diet. Do not buy, touch or eat any wild animals. Enhanced personal and environmental hygiene by washing hands frequently, ventilating as much as possible. Make sure to cover your mouth and nose while sneezing, and do not touch your eyes after it.
各位亲爱的留学生同学们，福建师范大学就是我们共同的家。在这非常时期，让我们携起手来，万众一心，众志成城，共克时艰，扎实做好各项防控防护工作，共同守护我们的家园。
